Ready-to-analyze datasets from camera trap data.
soReta takes camera trap detection data (in the format produced by
'camtrapR', the standard
convention in the field) and builds datasets ready for statistical
analysis: GLMM/GAMM on counts and RAI at various temporal levels, group
size, occupancy, kernel/circular analysis of activity patterns, temporal
interactions between species, hierarchical diel models, and classic
capture-mark-recapture.
